Program Overview:
Supplies are Limited. Customers who purchase a PC
Preinstalled with qualifying United States Windows Vista Ultimate between April 7, 2008 and December 31, 2008 are eligible to receive a US $50 Ultimate Rewards Check made payable to the local PC builder they purchased the PC from. The US $50
Windows Vista Ultimate Rewards Check can be used to purchase any goods or services
exclusively from the local PC builder, excluding Microsoft software and hardware.

Windows Vista Ultimate Rewards Program Dates:
Customers must purchase a PC preinstalled with a qualified version of Windows Vista
Ultimate between April 7, 2008 and December 31, 2008 with all proofs of purchase information received for processing within 30 days of PC Purchase. Offer expires December 31, 2008 at 5:00 PM PST. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for shipment of your Windows Vista Ultimate Rewards Check. Windows Vista Ultimate Rewards Checks will expire 90 days after issue date.
Terms and conditions:
Mail-in Windows Vista Ultimate Rewards offer valid in the 50 United States, the
District of Columbia, and from all U.S. military bases with valid APO/FPO addresses.
Offer expires December 31, 2008. All requested information including qualifying
proofs of purchase (specified below) must be sent to the address specified, postmarked
within 30 days of the date of purchase of the qualifying Windows Vista Ultimate
software and PC purchase. Limit 1 rebate per PC and software purchase, and up to
10 Windows Vista Ultimate Rewards redemptions per company/household. Qualifying
Windows Vista Ultimate purchases may be combined with the US OEM Buy Local program
found at www.localpcbuilder.com.
To receive your $50 U.S.D Windows Vista Ultimate
Rewards Check please follow each of the steps below.
- Between April 7, 2008 and December 31, 2008
acquire a personal computer preinstalled with a qualified version of Windows Vista
Ultimate from a local PC builder. Not all versions of Windows Vista Ultimate will
qualify, so please review the list below to ensure your PC meets the requirements.
- Submit a completed Windows Vista Ultimate Rewards
Coupon available for download from www.localpcbuilder.com/ultimaterewards
- Submit the following as your proofs of purchase
for Windows Vista Ultimate and PC:
- The front page of the OEM Windows Vista Ultimate Manual. Examples of what these
look like can be found at: www.localpcbuilder.com/ultimaterewards
- A copy of the sales receipt or invoice that clearly shows the date, store location,
Windows Vista Ultimate purchase, and PC purchase.
- Customers must mail the completed Windows Vista
Ultimate Rewards Coupon and all required proofs of purchase in the same envelope
within 30 days of the date of purchase to:
